Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in New Prague, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; and road / highway.
The Project Consists of Tree Removal, Grading, Bituminous Trails and Roadway, Concrete Sidewalks, Lighting, Curb & Gutter, Parking Lot Marking, Camper Cabins, Restroom Building, Group Campsite, and Restoration. Start on or After March 15, 2023 Substantial Completion: October 31, 2023 Final Completion: June 30, 2024 Bids Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check Made Payable to the Scott County Treasurer, or a Corporate Surety Bond Made in Favor of Scott County, for at Least 5% of the Amount of the Bid. The County Board of Commissioners Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Any Defects Therein.
