Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Work to be completed under this contract will include, but not be limited to: This project will be a detailed underground and Streetscaping project. It is planned to occupy two construction seasons and will begin with Court Street construction, followed by all the work on Red River Road. Deep civil and downtown construction experience will be necessary. The following quantities are to be expected but not limited to: Approximately 830 tonnes of HL4, 2120m of curb and gutter, 1305m2 of concrete sidewalk, 7600m2 of decorative pavers, complete with concrete base, 1005m of granite planters, 550m of sanitary sewer, 350m of storm sewer, 650m of watermain, all with connection piping complete. This project also involves gateway streetscapes, planting, street furniture, traffic signals and decorative street lighting.
