Fort William Historical Park (FWHP) requires a vendor to replace the roofs on the Equipment Barn and the Pig & Sheep Barn, located at 1350 King Road, Thunder Bay, Ontario. F All existing materials to be removed and disposed of off-site at Suppliers expense. All shakes to be premium grade: clear heartwood, 100% edge grain 24" #1 resawn Blue or Red Cedar shakes, 1/2" medium hand-split shake premium brand (fire rated). All shakes to have factory applied class C fire proofing. This is to meet local and provincial building codes. Supply all fasteners. All shakes to be attached with suitable ring shacked stainless nails or nails as determined by manufacture. Staples are not to be used. Shakes to be installed as per the manufacturers specifications.
