The Town of Simsbury (here after referred to as the Town) invites interested contractors to submit proposals to provide a comprehensive solution to the Town's needs related to the heating and cooling of six (6) town buildings. Contractor services are to begin April 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024 The Town of Simsbury reserves the right to accept or reject, without prejudice, any or all proposals or to waive any irregularities therein, or to accept the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of Town of Simsbury.
