Site work and paving for a civil project in Codorus Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
As of March 7, 2023, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. Culvert Replacement with precast concrete box culvert, approach roadway, guide rail, and sanitary sewer relocation NOTE: The Supervisors of Jackson Township have authorized C.S. Davidson, Inc., to act on their behalf by opening bids. Contracts will be awarded at a regularly scheduled meeting of Jackson Township. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 2/23/2023 5:00 PM submit questions online via PennBid's "Clarification" tab. A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Jackson Township in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. Bidders should refer to federal and state statutes, rules and regulations dealing with the prevention of environmental pollution and the preservation of public and natural resources pursuant to PA Act No. 1972-247. The Contract Time for this project is three hundred eighty (380) calendar days. Jackson Township reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids.
