Reference number : 1687572 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-02-20 Submission sent electronically accepted: No Options related to this notice: This notice has renewal options (2 times a year) OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT The city of Saint-Lin-Laurentides is requesting bids for an offer of professional services related to the operation of drinking water and wastewater treatment and distribution works for all of the works listed and described in the specifications. 1.2 DURATION OF THE CONTRACT This contract will be for a period of one (1) year with the possibility of extending the term of two (2) years, renewable from year to year at the choice of the City, for a contract of a maximum duration of three (3 years. The CITY will inform the FIRM, by certified mail and at least ninety (90) days before the end of the contract, of its intention to terminate the contract. On the anniversary date of the contract, an increase in the unit costs of the bid form will be applied corresponding to 100% of the Consumer Price Index (CPI) of Statistics Canada, for Quebec, based on the annual average of the twelve ( 12) last months on April 1 of each year . The contract takes effect on April 1 , 2023 at midnight. However, from March 20, 2023 until April 1 , 2023, there will be an overlapping period aimed at ensuring that the FIRM awarded the contract becomes familiar with the works, in the company of the FIRM that is currently operating The works.
