The City of Framingham, through the Mayor of Framingham Massachusetts, the Awarding Authority invites sealed bids for the rehabilitation of the asphalt pavement, guardrails, curbs and sidewalks and drainage systems on public roads and/or segments of public roads within the City of Framingham including, but not limited to: Removing and replacing existing asphalt surface course, construction of HMA /cement concrete sidewalks, ADA compliant curb ramps, stamped/colored asphalt and concrete, drainage rehabilitation/upgrades, removing and resetting all types of curbing/edging, installation of new curbing/edging, adjustment of castings, loaming and seeding, installation of temporary and permanent pavement markings/signs, replacing traffic signal loop detectors, installation of guardrail and chain link fence, temporary maintenance of traffic and other incidental items. The work also includes replacement of existing pedestrian entrance structure at the King School with a retaining wall system and associated ADA improvements. The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities & technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
