Summary of Work o Provide all staging, scaffolding, ladders, and related set-up materials for job completion o Remove all existing greenhouse glazing o Inspect and Clean exposed glazing bar surfaces o Replace and reseal all exterior glass in the Sycamore Greenhouse with Laminated Glass and correlative butyl rubber seals. This will include overhead glass and the side glass too. The Greenhouse is 880 Square Feet big. o The College would like the project to be completed by June of 2024. o The drawings and questions and answers are attached to this document All project related questions are to be submitted via email with the Subject line "Sycamore Greenhouse Glass Renovation Questions" by April 7, 2023, at 2:00 pm at elizabethbgreen@abtech.edu. Bidders on this work will be required to comply with Section 109 and E.O. 11246 which prohibits discrimination in employment regarding race, creed, color, sex, or national origin. Bidders must comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Anti- Kickback Act, and Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act.
