Liquidated Damages $200 Project Duration 50 Working Days The proposed Work shall be performed in accordance with the plans, specifications and other Contract Documents and shall include but not be limited to the following: site and tenant improvements at the City owned, unoccupied facility located at 8679 Adamstown Way, Elk Grove, CA 95624. The Project will result in interior demolition, fungal/mold contamination remediation, property cleaning, and roof repair for watertight building envelope (Work). Bid Security in the form of cash, a cashiers check, certified check, or electronic Bid Bond, (a pdf of a Bid Bond is not an electronic Bid Bond), executed on the prescribed form, in an amount not less than ten (10) percent of the total bid price payable to the City of Elk Grove (City) is required for each Bid submitted. The City must receive the Bid Security in the form of cash, cashier's check, or certified check, in advance of the Bid due date and time. If an electronic Bid Bond is used, verification of an electronic Bid Bond issued by Surety2000 or SuretyWave, LLC shall be uploaded to the City of Elk Grove Vendor Portal through PlanetBids in advance of the Bid due date and time.
