Site work for a road / highway in Hershey, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Township of Derry Installation of a Flashing Warning Device for a Pedestrian Crossing at Cocoa Avenue (SR 0743) & Brook Lane Requirements for the installation of a Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon Warning Device (RRFB). Installation type shall be a pole mount with push button control with four (4) units. When activated the RRFB Beacons will display a flashing yellow indication 50 60 flashes per minute and lights shall flash for 20 second period. To include the number of signs and identified directions specified on Permit No. 012361 . Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid total. No bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after the bid opening. The Township reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, mistakes, informalities, or irregularities, to any bid, accept any bid it may deem to be in the best interest of the Township, and to reject any and all proposals. Township reserves the right to reduce or eliminate the quantity of work.
