Site work and renovation of an educational facility in Burnaby, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The Work of this RFP comprise of three components: 1) relocation to new building, 2) surplus items relocation to gym(s), and 3) removal and disposal of surplus items. Requirements are outlined below. Inventory lists (Schedule F1 to F3-3) of the move and floorplans (Schedule F4-1 to F4-6) of the two old BNSS buildings is provided in APPENDIX F – Specifications of this RFP. Proponents MUST provide pricing to Component 1 and 2. The response to Component 3 is optional. SD41 may select to award the contract of all components or any one or two components a proponent proposed at its discretion. Awarded value not released for publication.
