The work includes mowing and trimming of 22 Township Stormwater Facilities every other month from April 15 through November 1 for 2023 and 2024. Bids must be submitted on prescribed forms furnished with the bid documents. The bid proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, with an original Power of Attorney, a certified check, or a cashier's check in the amount of ten (10) percent of the bid proposal made in favor of the Township of Findlay. Facsimiles will not be accepted and will provide cause for rejection of the bid. State prevailing wage rates may be part of this contract. No bidder shall withdraw their bid for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of bid opening. Findlay Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any all bids, to waive informalities, and to award contracts deemed to be in the best interest of the Township.
