Work to be completed at Jefferson Elementary School shall include the complete demolition of the existing oil and chip parking lot and the installation of a completely new asphalt parking lot and striping as required. Work to be completed at Lincoln Elementary School shall include the partial demolition of two separate asphalt areas and the installation of new concrete parking, drives, and striping as required. There are multiple separate renovation projects at the Jefferson Elementary School that are scheduled concurrently with this project and it shall be the responsibility of each lead contractor to coordinate their project and work schedules, including the work schedules of the subcontractors, with each other.
