Renovation of a recreation facility in Refugio, Texas. Working plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility.
As of March 13,2023. This project will go back at for bids at a later date. The project consists of constructing and installing a new metal pavilion including a roof truss system, wire netting, pipe support poles, triangular gable covering, and electrical appurtenances in accordance with the contract documents, technical specifications, and plans. Refugio County, Texas reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by Refugio County, Texas for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidder's qualifications prior to the contract award. Bid/Contract Documents, including Drawings and Technical Specifications are on file at 808 Commerce Street, Refugio, Texas 78377. Both fees represent reproduction costs and are nonrefundable. We reserve the right to process checks electronically by transmitting the amount of the check, routing number, account number, and check serial number to your financial institution.
