Renovation of a detention facility in Refugio, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
The project consists of removing and replacing ceiling tile, interior carpet, rubber base, roof and wall insulation, vents, sheetrock, fluorescent lights, garage door frame, clay floor tiles, galvanized coated metal roof panels, ridge caps, and painting in accordance with the contract documents, technical specifications, and plans. Refugio County, Texas reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by Refugio County, Texas for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidder's qualifications prior to the contract award
