Addenda, if any, will be issued to only those persons whose name and address are on record at Bankson Engineers, Inc. as having obtained the Bidding Documents. Bids will be accepted only from Bidders who have obtained official sets of Contract Documents from Bankson Engineers, Inc. and who are on Bankson Engineers, Inc.'s list of planholders. The Bid Proposal must be a paper copy, with an original signature, submitted in an envelope, along with the original bid security. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids.
