Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kingston, New York. Working plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
As of April 3, 2023, bids received were rejected as they were over the budget. Project will rebid but no definite date yet. The project consists of installation of ADA compliant ramps in various locations in the City of Kingston. The work will consist of installation of approximately 136 ADA compliant ramps, resetting bluestone sidewalks, manhole and catch basin adjustments along with work zone traffic control and site restoration.
