Verona, VA 24482 Questions: Rusty Sprouse Director of Facilities Management Call: 540-245-5632 Email: rsprouse@co.augusta.va.us The County of Augusta is seeking a Class A contractor to replace a 5 ton gas/electric roof top unit (RTU) located at the OSHA facility located at 201 Lee Highway, Verona VA 24482. This quote must include all related equipment, materials, and labor to purchase and install the new unit as well as, remove and dispose of the existing unit. The existing Carrier 48TJE006 unit was installed in 1998. The specifications for the new unit are as follows (equal or better units can be considered): Trane YHC060E3RHA DX cooling, gas heat High efficiency 5 Ton 208-230/60/3 Microprocessor controls High gas heat Economizer dry bulb 0-100% with barometric relief Hinged panels/2 in pleated filters MERV 8 Condenser coil hail guard Dehumidification hot gas reheat Programmable zone sensor Humidity wall mounted sensor 5 year whole unit parts warranty 1 year whole unit labor warranty Curb adapter to existing Carrier 48TJE006 The start date for this project is variable due to the availability of equipment
