0.88 mi of hot mix asphalt cold milling and resurfacing, concrete curb, gutter and ramps, guardrail and pavement markings on Carpenter Road from Textile Road to US-12 and from Cloverlane Drive to Ellsworth Road, Washtenaw County. This is a Local Agency project. Control Sec Job No Federal No STU 81000 205638A 23A0176 Net classification required for this project is 1376 Cb MI DOT - 2303 024 - Hot Mix Asphalt Cold Milling and Resurfacing, Concrete Curb, Gutter and Ramps, Guardrail and Pavement Markings on Carpenter Road Traffic shall be maintained throughout the project in accordance with subsections 104.11 and section 812 of the Standard Specifications for Construction, including any Supplemental Specifications and Special Provisions, the latest edition of the Michigan Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MMUTCD) as amended, as shown on the plans, and as specified in the proposal. The Contractor shall notify the Engineer a minimum of 14 calendar days prior to the implementation of any lane closures, detours, road closures, or major traffic shifts. The traffic control required by this Special Provision is based on information contained on the plans and/or project log. The Contractor, subject to review and approval from the Engineer, may use an alternate traffic control plan.
