Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Munroe Falls, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of March 28, 2023, this project has been awarded to Geauga Highway Company for the amount of $137,844.** For the City Parking Lots Resurfacing project, all in accordance with specifications and estimates heretofore approved and now on file in the office of said Service Director of the City of Munroe Falls. Each bidder must ensure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, creed, color, sex, national origin, or disability. Each bid must contain the full name of every person or company interested in same and be accompanied by a bond or a certified check on a solvent bank in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid to the satisfaction of the City, as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into, and its performance properly secured. Should any bid be rejected, such bond or check will be forthwith returned to the Bidder, and should any bid be accepted, such bond or check will be returned upon the proper execution and securing of the Contract. Bidders shall comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Summit County and the City of Munroe Falls, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce. The City of Munroe Falls, through its duly authorized and constituted officials, reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive informality in any proposal.
