Area of Work: New addition and renovation to existing Guise Park Lodge 1.2 PROJECT SUMMARY: C. Project is an addition and renovation to the existing Guise Park Lodge. 1. Primary scope of work consists of an approximately 550sqft addition including restrooms, mechanical, and office spaces, new front entry stoop, sidewalk, and stairs, entry canopy. Also included are approximately 250sqft of interior renovations consisting of restroom demolition and new storage and serving areas The Bidder must include a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for 100% of the amount of their bid or a certified check in the amount of 10% of their total bid. See Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. The EDGE Participation Goal for the Project is to try to achieve 5.0 percent.
