A mandatory Intent to Bid is due by Friday February 24, 2023 at 2:00 PM Local Time if you are planning to submit a Bid. Intent to Bids must be submitted electronically via the MID Procurement Portal MID will be taking bid questions until 12:00 PM Local Time, Tuesday February 21, 2023 and will do its best to have all questions answered by 12:00 PM Local Time on Wednesday February 22, 2023. MID will not provide project/bid info/addenda after 12:00 PM Local Time on Wednesday February 22, 2023. Estimated Contract Award date is Friday March 3, 2023.
