This micro purchase will be awarded as a whole or by line item whichever is in the best interest of the city to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.Seller must quote all items in order to be eligible for award. Do not provide service until notified by department. Love park external cleaning, vendor will provide all labor, supervision,supplies and equipment to provide the following services: services will include higher level of intensity scrubbing of all hard surfaces and manual pan and broom sweeping in love park. Pavers are set in sand and can not be power washed.Must use extra care when cleaning these surfaces. Scrubbing equipment to be used will be a high powered scrubbing machine scrubber. Stains will be pre-treated using an environmentally safe hydro-proxy cleaning solution.. Walkways and entrances will be preasured washed using 2 mobile pressure washing units. Includes 7 to 8 cleaners plus supervision. Cleaning time 4 to 6 hours paving areas: 37,346 sf sidewalks: 14,208 sf fountain area oval paving only: 11,810 sf
