No Bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 calendar days after the actual date of opening thereof. Attention of Bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and Davis Bacon and/or State Prevailing wage rates to be paid under the contract, Segregated Facility, Section 109, and E.O. 11246. MBE, WBE and Section 3-DBE bidders are encouraged to bid. Bidders must provide documentation of compliance with the E-Verify requirements. Contractors are required to comply with the requirements for an OSHA 10-hour construction safety course.
