The Contractor shall comply with these Special Provisions for Project 2023-15, Half Moon Lake Boardwalk, which are of special importance for the successful completion of this project. Construction of Half Moon Lake Boardwalk shall consist of HDPE Boardwalk, accessories, and helical pile procurement and installation. The work for which bids are requested consists of procurement and installation of HDPE Boardwalk, accessories, and helical piles. No Pre-Bid Conference Available The City of Eau Claire, Wisconsin will receive sealed bids/proposals from qualified firms to furnish the goods and/or services identified in the specifications document. All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the City of Eau Claire Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person. Please contact the City Purchasing Office for questions or additional information. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
