Knoxville Utilities Board (KUB) will be hosting a bid for a quantity of 3 ASCO Power Transfer Switches. This is a small business bid, please include your small business accreditation with additional documents required. Approval drawings from the manufacturer are required. Freight should be included in bid price as the terms of the shipping are FOB Destination. This is for Automatic Transfer Switches, not Power Transformer Switches. Description: ASCO Series 300 Power Transfer Switch 3ATS, 240V, 260A, single phase 3-wire, 2-pole double throw transfer switch, with solid neutral, 60 Hz, with microprocessor control, alarm contacts and factory installed ASCO Pulsar Surge Suppressor equipment. Catalog number J03ATSA20260FGXC complete with 11BE, 18RX and 73AC3 accessory codes. ATS shall be mounted in a Heavy-Duty ANSI 61 or 70 light gray colored NEMA 1 rated housing. ATS shall operate when normal source voltage falls below 70% and return to normal when the normal source voltage is 90% or more. The transfer shall be delayed by 3 seconds and no delay is required for the return. ATS alarm contact shall have a 3 second delay. Freight is included. Approval drawings to be submitted by vendor.
