Site work for a mixed-use development in Avon, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
For Eagle Vail Clubhouse Site Improvements Project The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities in any bid. The work to be performed generally includes: o Improve and increase number of parking stalls in both the upper and lower parking lots o Improve ADA access o Create a bag drop off lane o Improve and address drainage issues o Install sidewalk to address safety concern along Eagle Drive o Improve pedestrian circulation. Bids shall be submitted on a lump sum basis. The anticipated construction window for this project is from April 17, 2023 --June 16, 2023. The District is open to negotiate the completion date of the project if needed. No Bids may be withdrawn within a period of sixty (60) days after the date Bids are opened. The EagleVail Metropolitan District reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
