The project generally consists of: Furnish and install all labor and materials for site activities including; 1) Staging and mobilization; 2) Surveying and design; 3) Traffic control; 4) Potholing for utilities in work area; 5) Coordination with utility, trash service and material testing companies as well as notification of affected parties; 6) Demolition and removal of existing concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, crosspans, driveway ramps or other areas determined to be in need of repair; 7) Earthwork including excavation, import, haul, placing, and compaction of materials as necessary to construct the project; 8) Installation of concrete alleyway; 9) Replacement of all concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, crosspans, driveway ramps or other areas determined to be in need of repair; 10) Miscellaneous appurtenances as prescribed in special provisions. Specifically, including all labor and materials for construction of the project as shown on the design drawings, final grading and seeding of disturbed areas, and miscellaneous items necessary for a complete and functional project.
