**As of March 29, 2023, No bids received.** Removal Ofa Structure Located at 8970 S. Walnut, Milroy, Rush County, Indiana. Entitled Order on Default Judgment and Permanent Injunction. Paragraph 7 of Said Order Reads, the Court Now Directs the Sheriff of Rush County to Have the Structure Removed and Further Orders an Injunction to Keep Anyone From Residing on the Property of 8970 S. Walnut Street, Milroy, in 46156. The Sheriff of Rush County Shall Ensure That No One Resides at the Premises. The Proposal Shall State the Cost for the Removal of the Structure, How the Contractor Intends to Remove the Structure, and the Timeline for Completing the Removal of the Structure. A Submitted Proposal Does Not Guarantee That the Contractor Will Be Contracted to Perform Any Services. The Board of Commissioners Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Proposals. Those Submitting Proposals Must Submit the Following E-verify Information With the Proposal: Employment Eligibility Verification. The Applicant Affirms Under the Penalties of Perjury That It Does Not Knowingly Employ an Unauthorized Alien. The Applicant Further Agrees That: the Applicant Shall Enroll in and Verify the Work Eligibility Status of All Its Newly Hired Employees Through the E-verify Program as Defined in Ic 22-5-1.7-3. The Applicant is Not Required to Participate Should the E- Verify Program Cease to Exist. The Applicant Shall Not Knowingly Employ or Contract With an Unauthorized Alien. The Applicant Shall Not Retain an Employee or Contract With a Person That the Applicant Subsequently Learns is an Unauthorized Alien. The Applicant Shall Require Its Contractors and Subcontractors, Who Perform Work Under the Awarded Contract, to Certify to the County That the Applicant, and Its Contractors and Subcontractors Do Not Knowingly Employ or Contract With an Unauthorized Alien and That the Applicant, Its Contractors and Subcontractors Have Enrolled in and Are Participating in the Everify Program. The Applicant Agrees to Maintain This Certification Throughout the Duration of the Term of a Contract With a Contractor.
