As of September 11,2023, per owner, an engineer has been selected and the project has begun. The Board of Commissioners of Glynn County, Georgia ("the Owner") seeks proposals from interested qualified Engineering firms to provide engineering services for design of parking infrastructure at Mallery Park on Saint Simons Island, GA. The selected firm is to provide a study of the drainage basin, a site analysis drainage report, preliminary construction plans, and provide a final construction bid package including plans, calculations, special provisions, and a final engineer's estimate. The specific services requested are outlined in detail in the scope of services within this request for proposal. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
