Project No. 201-3055-042, 201-3055-026. The Work includes crack sealing, P-608 seal coating, and marking of Runway 4-22; and relocation of the Runway 4 threshold. Relocation of the Runway 4 threshold includes removal of existing runway markings, provision of new markings, provision of new REILs, provision of new threshold and runway lighting, and removal of existing lighting and cables, and associated work. The Work includes specific phased construction operations to facilitate safe construction activities and minimize impacts to aircraft operations during execution of the Work. Certain elements of the Work may only be performed during specified limited daytime or overnight runway closures. Bidders shall review the contract documents for work period limitations. Construction Performance Period. Construction shall occur during a continuous 10 calendar day period. The construction period shall commence no earlier than Tuesday, 07 January 2020, and shall be completed no later than Thursday, 13 February 2020. This is the only period available for construction. Proposed construction period dates shall be approved in advance by the Owner. Bid proposals shall be valid and may not be withdrawn for a period of 90 calendar days following bid opening. The Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) contract goal for this project has been established as 10.7%.
