The City of Santee is seeking proposals for professional Landscape and Irrigation Rehabilitation and Revegetation of the City Hall slope. The City is seeking to find a firm to develop and implement a comprehensive landscape maintenance plan for provision of services described in this Request for Proposals . The selected firm(s) will provide the following Landscape and Irrigation Rehabilitation and Revegetation Services for landscaping of the slope located at 10601 Magnolia Avenue as highlighted in Exhibit A The City of Santee incorporated in December 1980. The City of Santee takes great pride in the overall look, health and general condition of the landscaping in the parks and City facilities. As such, having proper knowledge of irrigation systems installation, maintenance and water conservation, and execution and implementation of the rehabilitation is of utmost importance.
