The City of Harrison, Arkansas Department of Public Works seeks Annual Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide professional services related to one or all of the following categories: 1) Transportation Planning and Engineering 2) Stormwater Planning and Engineering 3) Utility Infrastructure Improvements including Design and Engineering Services for Water Distribution and Wastewater Collection Systems 4) Wastewater Treatment engineering including but not limited to environmental services, permitting, planning, and design. 5) Boundary and Construction Surveying including preparation of easements and right-of-way documents. There is no additional documentation available regarding this request and no formatting requirements for SOQ's. There will be no formal opening of the SOQs. SOQs will remain on file and will be considered current unless the Department is otherwise notified by the consultant. Provided, however, any material adverse change in qualifications occurring in any calendar year requires the Consultant to supplement its SOQ already on file with the Department. Consultants may submit SOQs at any time after the deadline; however, failure to submit by the deadline may impact the firm's opportunity to be invited to submit a project proposal.
