For Athens Clarke County Leisure Services Comprehensive Master Plan Inquiries regarding proposals should be made to Angie Perteet, Senior Buyer by email at Accbids@accgov.com. All questions to be given consideration must be received no later than Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at 2:00 pm. Any and all such interpretations and any supplemental instructions will be in the form of written Addenda to the RFQ which, if issued, will be posted on the ACCGov procurement website and emailed to all potential respondents by Wednesday, March 1, 2023 by 4:00 pm.. All Addenda shall become part of the RFQ. A qualified interpreter for the hearing impaired is available upon request at least 10 (ten) days in advance of the proposal due date. The Unified Government of Athens-Clarke County reserves the right to reject any and all qualifications, to waive any technicalities or irregularities, and to qualify vendors based on the highest and best interest of the Unified Government of Athens-Clarke County. Pre-qualified firms will be selected and invited to submit proposals for the ensuing Request for Proposals RFP# 011114 Leisure Services Comprehensive Master Plan. Only firms chosen during the pre-qualification phase will be allowed to submit during the RFP/cost proposal phase. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
