Site work for a civil project in Liberty, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and road / highway.
Concrete pad for roads and bridges. Project location: 230 Financial Blvd. liberty, SC 29657. Construction Cost Range: $20,000 - $30,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Remove existing asphalt and curbing approximately 1750 sf 8inch deep. Haul away demo debris and extra fill materials as needed. Grade, form, pour and finish 4000 psi concrete slab 8in approximately 1750 sq. ft. Install welded wire in slab. Install saw control joints in slab @ no more than 12 feet on center. Install crusher run on the alternate entrance 75ft x 10ft x 4 inch. (temporary entrance) Due to time contracts and business closing. The work must start on a Monday and worked on daily until job is complete. (as long as weather allows) The contractor will be responsible for all traffic control and lane closings. The contractor will be required to become a vender for Pickens County. They must provide proof of liability insurance before work can start. It is the contractor's responsibility to clean up washout area. Strip forms, and backfilling forms, and re-establishing erosion control to any disturbed areas.
