Site: - Demo of existing structures - Lead Remediation of existing berms - Septic tank and drainfield Structures: - 1,300 SF stick framed classroom with metal roof and siding - Stick framed rifle range shed with shingle roof - Stick framed shotgun shed with metal roof - CIP trap house structure Professional services for programing, design, permitting, and construction administration to renovate the Pickens County Shooting Range, to include renovation of rifle range, containment berms, shooting shed and lead remediation. Construction of Trap field, 5 stand shotgun range, multi-use storage/office/ bathroom building, ADA access throughout, parking lot and drainage improvements. To be considered for selection, persons or firms must be properly licensed in accordance with the requirements of Title 40 of the SC Code of Laws, as amended at the time of resume submission All written communication with parties submitting information will be via email. Anticipated construction cost range: $900,000 to $1,200,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
