Work Description and Site: Provide all labor, equipment, tools, goods, materials, and incidentals necessary to replace a 48" Fixed Cone Valve (FCV), a 10" FCV and a 60 kW Hydroelectric turbine. These components are located inside the valve chamber at Culmback Dam, along with control panels in the Control Building at Culmback Dam. The District has procured the new valves and hydroelectric turbine/generator, and ancillary equipment, all of which are to be installed by this Contract.
