Site work and paving for a civil project in Capitan, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The project is located in Capitan, NM and includes the installation of approximately 150 LF of 4" C-900 DR18 PVC distribution waterline, 5,900 LF of 6" C-900 DR18 PVC distribution waterline, 7 new 2", 4" and 6" gate valve assemblies, 28 new water meter assemblies, 7 new fire hydrant assemblies, HDPE SDR 9 service waterline, pavement patch, connections to existing waterlines and other miscellaneous items identified in a base bid schedule and additive bid schedule, to complete a project within available funding. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. The Owner reserves the right to adjust quantities included in the Bid Schedule as necessary to provide a complete project with the available funding. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
