The project is expected to be awarded on the second week of April. The Bids Received Will Be Considered by the Lincoln County Commission at Its Next Regular Meeting or at a Special Meeting as May Be Required. Bidders Will Be Deemed Non-responsive if the Bids Are Received After the Bid Date. Submit Your Questions via Email Until Wednesday, March 15, 2023 No Later Than 5:00 P.m. (Local Time). In Case of Ambiguity or Lack of Clearness, the County of Lincoln Reserves the Right to Adopt the Most Advantageous Thereof, or to Reject Any or All Bids and Waive Irregularities. The County ofLincoln is proposing to remove and reconstruct the courtyard at the Lincoln County Courthouse. The scope of the project is concrete sidewalk construction, concrete removal and disposal, class A. reinforced concrete, and downspout adjustment.
