Site work and paving for a civil project in Canandaigua, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

Work under this contract will include County Road 25 Rehabilitation in the Town of Phelps and replacement of cross culverts on County Road 8 in the Town of Farmington. The work on County Road 25 will consists of replacement of cross culverts, installation of road underdrain system, grading and shaping of roadside ditch section, driveway culverts, heater scarification, milling of bituminous pavement, asphalt paving, guide rail installation and turf establishment. The work on County Road 8 will include the replacement of the following cross culverts, culverts 21, 24, 26, 29, 31, 34, 35 and 37 and other incidental work as shown on the contract drawings. The Contractor's attention is called to the close proximity of utilities at the project site. Culvert #8 on County 25 will be replaced during this project and will require a three (3) week closure of County Road (CR) 25 to ensure the safety of the travelling public and construction crews. At all other times, the road will remain open to through traffic (1-lane minimum) during the construction. Road closure shall not commence before June 26, 2023 and shall end on or before September 1, 2023. Contractor will be allowed to close CR 08 for a maximum of two (2) weeks to install culvert #21 per the Contract Documents. At all other times, the road will remain open to through traffic (1-lane minimum) during the construction. Road closure shall not commence before July 4, 2023 and shall end on or before September 1, 2023.
