For Fire Systems Annual Inspection, Repairs and Monitoring services The scope of work is for all the court facilities. Perform an annual inspection of the building fire alarm system and comply with NFPA 72 standards. The inspector shall be NICET Certified and a copy of the certification be provided to the Court's Facility Manager. The Twenty-Second Judicial Circuit is currently soliciting bid proposals for Annual Inspection, Repairs and Monitoring services. Proposers are required to submit the names of at least five companies for which they are currently under contract or have been in the last five years. These projects shall be of similar size and scope of work as outlined herein. The contact shall have name, telephone number, address and email. Emailed proposals will not be accepted. Bids received after the deadline will be rejected and will not be opened. The selection will be based on whether the vendor meets the requirement, qualification, references, and cost. All bidders will be notified of the results via email. A contract awarded under this RFP may be extended for four (4) (2025, 2026, 2027 and 2028) annual periods at mutually agreed upon terms. The renewal or renewals are contingent upon satisfactory performance, continued need for service, and the availability of funding. The Contract will be in full force and effect from July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024.
