It is understood that contract award will be based on the lowest responsible and responsive Lump Sum Base Bid. Requirements in Preparing the Bid Documents for Payment and Performance bonds which shall be for 100% of contract amount for each bond or as required by the term(s) of federal funding. HHSC reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. HHSC reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or in part. HHSC shall not be liable for any costs, expenses, loss of profits or damages whatsoever, incurred by the Bidder in the event this solicitation is cancelled or a bid is rejected. Compact soil as required to avoid loose soft soil conditions 8. Remove from site all debris related to the demolition of the carport and green waste 9. Dispose of all waste per applicable code, regulation, law and provide disposal receipt(s)
