Renovation of a water / sewer project in Kula, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Bids shall be submitted via the Public Purchase System, otherwise the bids shall not be opened or considered. Bids received after the date and time stated above will also not be considered. The Project involves furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment as necessary to: replace the existing Booster Pump Building with a new Booster Pump Building along with new equipment that includes: boost pumps, electrical apparatus, emergency generator, automatic transfer switch, controls, SCADA, and electrical service. Bid documents will not be available at the Purchase Division offices. Any questions pertaining to the process, or helping in submitting a bid, can be directed to Jared Masuda at (808) 463-3816. Bidders shall possess a valid General Engineering "A" Contractor's License, which shall be valid at the time of bid opening. Bidders are required to comply with the newest procurement code Hawaii Revised Statutes Chapter 103D, any rules and regulations and policy directives issued with respect to Chapter 103D, and any amendments thereof.
