Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lincoln, Nebraska. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
There were no bids submitted for this project on 3/2/2023. The University of Nebraska is requesting proposals from qualified bidders to provide all material and labor for the installation of fire sprinkler system within the basement and second floor of LLN. Installation of fire sprinkler system within the second floor 'link' between LLN and LLS. New fire sprinkler installation to tie into the existing LLN system that currently covers the 1st floor of LLN. Work includes all temporary ceiling pad removal & reinstallation, light fixture removal and reinstallation, sprinkler heads, horizontals, and vertical piping, as well as all additional zone values, fire alarm system connections, and system commissioning, startup and testing.
