Site work and paving for a transportation facility in Napanoch, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.
**As of March 23, 2023, the project has not yet been awarded. The anticipated date for award is not yet determined. This Project generally includes asphalt pavement rehabilitation of the existing aircraft terminal apron and Taxilane at the J.Y. Resnick Airport. The apron is approximately 60,000 SF, and the Taxilane approximately 30,000 SF. Work includes milling and overlay of existing asphalt, approximately 6,100 SF of crack repairs and pavement marking application. The project will be bid as a Base Bid only. Prevailing wage rates apply. Contractors must be bonded and insured to the level indicated in the Contract Documents. A Federal DBE participation goal is included in the Contract. The project is sales tax exempt. Project no.3-36-0201-XX-23 (C), 8907.XX Technical questions shall be directed to Matt Nissen of Passero Associates via email at mnissen@passero.com. All questions shall be submitted via email no later than Friday, March 3, 2023. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price (combination of base bid or alternate bid plus add-on items) for the contract in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Preparation of Proposal.
