Demolition, site work, paving and addition to a mixed-use development in Napanoch, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; transportation facility; for the addition of a transportation facility; for the demolition of a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.
This project generally includes an office expansion to an existing aircraft hangar building at the Joseph Y. Resnick Airport. Work for this project consists of the construction of the Flight School Office & Training Space (38' x 20'), sidewalk, sanitary sewer + water connections. The project will be bid as a Base Bid only. Prevailing wage rates apply. Contractors must be bonded and insured to the level indicated in the Contract Documents. M/WBE participation goals are included in the Contract. The project is sales tax exempt. Technical questions shall be directed to Matt Nissen of Passero Associates via email at mnissen@passero.com. All questions shall be submitted via email no later than Friday, June 21, 2024. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price (combination of base bid or alternate bid plus add-on items) for the contract in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Preparation of Proposal. The right is reserved to waive any informalities in the bid and to reject any and all bids.
