The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, coordination and incidentals necessary to construct and deliver a complete telecommunications tower facility. The work includes, but is not limited to, site preparation, clearing and grubbing, erosion and sediment control, excavation, grading, and construction of access and compound areas. The Contractor shall install all required underground utilities, including electrical and telecommunications conduits, and furnish and place all reinforced concrete foundations for the tower, equipment pads, and associated structures. Work shall also include installation of perimeter security features, site restoration, and all related civil improvements required to support a fully functional telecommunications site. The Contractor shall further furnish and coordinate all specialty installation services required for a complete and operational facility, including erection of the tower structure, installation of antenna mounting systems, and equipment. Scope includes installation and termination of electrical systems, grounding and bonding systems, and integration of utility services including backup generator and propane tank. The Contractor shall provide installation of equipment enclosures or shelters, including associated environmental control systems, as applicable. All required testing, inspections, and commissioning activities shall be performed to ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements, and the completed facility shall be delivered ready for service. If the combined percentage of total cost/budget for all proposed, certified MWBEs is less than the 15.0% Participation Goal.
