Description

Site work and new construction of a warehouse / distribution facility in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the construction of a warehouse / distribution facility; and for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility.

As of September 14, 2023, construction is under way. Construction commenced July 2023. All trades have been awarded. THE FOOD SERVICE WAREHOUSE IS LOCATED NORTH OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING WITH DIRECT ACCESS TO THE LOOP DRIVE, THE BUILDING WILL BE TILT-UP CONSTRUCTION WITH CMU INTERIOR. THE BUILDING WILL HOUSE A LARGE COMPARTMENTALIZED FREEZER AND A LARGE REFRIGERATOR WITH ACCESS FOR PALLETS AND FORKLIFTS. THE BUILDING WILL ALSO INCLUDE LARGE DRY STORAGE AREA, EQUIPMENT STORAGE/REPAIR, SMALL OFFICE SPACE, RESTROOM, PARKING LOT FOR LARGE TRUCKS, AND LOADING DOCK WITH DIRECT ACCESS TO THE LOOP DRIVE.
