Bids must be received in Purchasing and date stamped by the bid closing date and time. Bids shall be in a sealed envelope, have the bid number and description labeled on the outside of the envelope.

Checks will be made payable to the American Document Solutions. Drawings, specifications, any addenda, and a plan holders list are available by clicking on online planroom. Documents may also be viewed on site at the office of the Purchasing Agent, 701 E. Broadway, 5th Floor, Columbia,
Missouri. SCOPE OF WORK, PLANS AND PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS: Contractor agrees to perform the Work in a good and workmanlike manner according to the specifications and plans set forth herein and in accordance with Contractor's proposal and pricing which is
attached as Exhibit L. Contractor acknowledges state and/orfederal grant funds are being used for construction
of the Project. Contractor agrees to familiarize itself and comply with all conditions and
requirements for utilization of such grant funds, including, but not limited to those set forth
in the Bid Documents and Exhibit C attached hereto (collectively "Grant Requirements").
Contractor shall include in contracts with its subcontractors provisions that require
subcontractors to comply with the Grant Requirement
