Pursuant to G.S. 143-64.31 Halifax County is requesting qualified professional engineering firms to submit a statement of qualifications to provide administrative, engineering and surveying services for an NCDEQ Division of Water Infrastructure Asset Inventory and Assessment grant application to be submitted for the Spring 2023 funding cycle for its Water Distribution System. In the interest of fairness to all submitting firms, proposals received after the scheduled receipt time stated above will not be accepted and will be marked "LATE". All submittals received become the property of Halifax County and will not be returned. Faxed documents will not be accepted. Early submission of Qualifications is welcome and appreciated. In the event clarification or additional information is needed, contact: Christopher M. Williams Public Utilities Director williamscm@halifaxnc.com Email is the preferred method of communication for questions or clarifications. Clarifications and/or additional information will be provided to all interested parties by the County by addenda to this package. Questions asked after February 24, 2023 will not be answered. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
